Shipping Policy

This policy applies to our Postal Bakes range, shipped UK-wide.

Dispatch times

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed.

Delivery

We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 24, sent as a small parcel. You'll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship UK-wide.

Postage cost

Postage is charged at a fixed rate per order, shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 3–5 working days of dispatch, please get in touch and we'll help track it down using your tracking information. If it's confirmed lost in transit, we'll offer a replacement or refund, in line with our Refund Policy.

Incorrect address

Please double check your delivery address at checkout — we're unable to offer a refund or replacement if a delivery fails or is delayed because of an incorrect address provided by the customer.
